KW Opportunity Webinar to overview KW culture, models, systems, training, technology and marketing
Attend Franchise Systems Orientation (monthly opportunity)
Attend one or more of the following KW events:*
- Recruit-Select, Action Training, and Leadership and Motivation (quarterly opportunity)
- Family Reunion (annual opportunity in February)
- Mega Camp (annual opportunity in either August or September)
Begin assembling Core Group, including: investors, operating principals, regional leadership and regional team
Application / Due Diligence Process (30 - 60 days)
Recruit-Select process (DISC/AVA) completed for Regional Operating Principal
Master Franchise Application submitted and reviewed
Background check and references submitted and reviewed
*Letter of Intent submitted with deposit
Master License Agreement submitted, reviewed, approved and signed
Launch Phase (60 - 120 days)
KW Worldwide customization process begins:
- Training, marketing and recruiting materials and systems logins delivered electronically for master franchisee review
- myKW platform adaption consultations
- KW University training adaption consultations
- KW marketing adaption consultations
Recruit-Select process completed for regional and initial market center leadership teams
Regional Operations Clinic and Regional and Market Center Staff Training in Austin or on-site as determined
Local launch processes initiated by master franchisee and KWW support team
